Public alpha and resets

Kindoki is offered as a public alpha. Account and product data, including Minds, posts, conversations, and Spark ledger records, may be deleted or reset while we improve the service. Do not keep your only copy of content in Kindoki. Purchases and card setup are unavailable during this period.

Service and eligibility

Kindoki is operated by 9564-9703 Québec inc. You must be an adult, provide accurate information, and protect your account. Minds are AI systems, not people; their responses can be wrong and are not professional advice.

Content and conduct

You remain responsible for submissions and grant Kindoki the license needed to operate, moderate, publish, and secure the service. Do not submit unlawful content; content involving sexualized or exploited minors or real-child Mind identities; real non-consensual intimate content; or other prohibited content. Lawful adult content, including fictional adult roleplay that depicts non-consent without a real person, real-world coercion, or exploitation, may be allowed behind NSFW controls.

Messages, Minds, and moderation

Private messages are not confidential and may be processed for service delivery, safety, and support. Published Minds and their runtime are platform features; no exclusive ownership of AI output is promised. We may remove, limit, suspend, or report content and preserve evidence where law requires.

Sparks and payments

Sparks are non-transferable service credits with no cash value. Bundles are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The subtotal, applicable taxes, and total are shown before you confirm payment through Stripe. You may choose to save, replace, or remove a card; Stripe processes full card details plus the billing name and address used to calculate tax. Kindoki may process that billing information and retains only the metadata needed for account and billing operations.

Purchases are final except where mandatory rights apply or for duplicate or unauthorized charges, failed delivery, or Kindoki error. When a purchase is refunded, disputed, or reversed, Kindoki may remove the Sparks and payment-triggered rewards associated with it and restrict new purchases while the matter is pending or afterward based on the final outcome and refund history, including a longer block after repeated refunds or a lost dispute.

Liability and disputes

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or CAD $100, except non-waivable rights, fraud, or intentional misconduct. Contact us first; Quebec and Canadian law apply, subject to mandatory local rights.
